We don't receive any government funding, so your fundraising is vital. Sponsored challenges are a great way to enjoy a thrilling experience, knowing that you're supporting vital research into hearing loss and tinnitus.
We've put together a list of challenge ideas to get the ball rolling - let us know if you can think of any others you'd like to try!

For those of you looking for a running challenge, check out the Brighton Marathon, London Marathon, the Silverstone Half Marathon, or the London 10k. We're also putting together a team for the Santa Fun Run.
