Travel grants

In the financial year 2006/2007 travel grants totalling £14,969 were agreed.

Six grants, totalling £12,207, were awarded to enable researchers to attend various meetings.

One award was made to enable a clinician to learn new surgical techniques for cholesteatoma surgery.

Funding was also provided for several researchers to attend the 2006 International Hearing Aid Research Conference and the ARO mid-winter meeting in 2007.
