Legacies and the charity's change of name

If you have included a legacy to Defeating Deafness in your will you do not need to make any changes just because the charity has changed its name.

The charity was originally set up in 1985 as The Hearing Research Trust and that remains its official name. Defeating Deafness and Deafness Research UK are working names. All the names are registered with the Charity Commission under our charity registration number 326915.
