There are three ways you can involve your staff.

Employee fundraising

A great chance to build team-spirit, motivation and communication and leadership skills throughout a workforce.

You and your colleagues raise funds for Deafness Research UK in a fun and educational way, and gain the satisfaction of having done something of real and lasting value for deaf children and adults.

Through your ideas and our “ready made” fundraising options we can create a tailor-made programme of events for your organisation.

Payroll giving

Payroll giving allows your employees to donate as little or as much as they like, and as their gift comes from their gross pay no tax has to be paid. An employee who contributes £5 towards Deafness Research UK will only pay £4 or less because the taxman pays the remainder on their behalf.

Matched giving

Some of the most progressive UK companies are becoming involved in matched giving schemes. This is when a company recognises its employees' fundraising efforts by giving a corporate donation that matches some or all of whatever funds their employees raise, showing that they really value employee charitable work.
