Information service

Even though our website contains a wealth of information, we know that there are always times when a personal touch is needed.

That is why we offer a Freephone information line. Our advisors are on hand to take any question you may have about the medical aspects of deafness and hearing loss; they love to talk to people and are always friendly and helpful.

If we can't answer your question ourselves, we will consult one of our scientific or medical experts, and advise you where to go for further help.

Also, great news for those of you with mobile telephones: You can now ring our information line free of charge from Orange, Vodaphone, Virgin and 3 mobiles. So get ringing, we're waiting.
