Fundraise

Deafness Research UK relies entirely on voluntary donations to fund its research. Without our supporters we could not have helped bring digital hearing aids to the general public, improved cochlear implants or developed the Newborn Baby Hearing Test which is now used across the world to identify deaf babies at birth.

We need your help if we are to continue our vital work, such as finding the genes that cause age-related hearing loss, improving treatment for people with deafnblindness and regenerating hearing cells.

So whether you fancy organising an event at school or college, roping your work colleagues into some mid-week fun, or can simply spare a morning to invite some friends over for a gathering with a difference, why not have a go at fundraising yourself?

You may already know what you'd like to do, but in case you don't, we've got lots of ideas to help get your fundraising started, just take a look at our A to Z of fundraising ideas .
